Hay first showed the designs in Milan this April, where it also debuted a combined coat rack and picture ledge, and an armchair that resembles a traditional Japanese fan. The shelves and pots both feature vertical brackets with three catches that correspond with the gaps in the mesh. These elements include cork and metal shelves in two sizes that attach to the front, cylindrical pots that latch onto the front or sides, and magnetic hooks for any of the edges. French designer Inga Sempé   created this pinboard for Danish brand Hay from metal mesh so users can add extra storage components and accessories to make it more useful (+ slideshow). The wall-mountable board has a mesh pattern similar to brick courses rotated 90 degrees, which allows users to hook on a collection of accessories to customise its storage capabilities.
