In their design statement BPA said: “The proposed mass of the building combined with the mass of the prominent red brick old Technical College opposite will form a ‘gateway’ between the city and Portobello. Designed on behalf of Care UK the Portobello property will feature dementia friendly gardens designed by Arterre to which all ground floor tenants will have direct access.
